Peony

Overview

Peony is a concept build: a complete skincare store for a fictional Pakistani brand, designed and developed by Avora Digital to show how we would build a premium beauty store for this market. It is not a commissioned client project.

The challenge

Beauty shoppers in Pakistan judge a new brand on two things before they buy: does it feel premium enough to trust with their skin, and can they pay safely. Most local stores either look like a template or hide delivery, payment and exchange details until checkout.

What we built

We kept the range short and the store calm: a scroll-driven hero, a three-step ritual (cleanse, hydrate, renew) that tells shoppers where to start, and product cards that show size, price and texture at a glance. Trust details that Pakistani shoppers look for, such as cash on delivery, phone confirmation, delivery threshold and exchange policy, sit on every page instead of in the footer only.
